Vortex, is another work created for the Program of Integration of Arts in Architecture for the Centennial Theatre. This work has a unique place in my production because of its organic and non-conventional shape. The following collages, watercolours, charcoal drawings and computer sketches, made in Photoshop, represent the different facets of my research method. All theses techniques were used to determine the actual shape I would cut out of the plywood sheets as well as plan out the various compositions of the carving.
